If an effort to maintain an open line of communication that is effective and clear, I will be incorporating three different strategies through out the year:

1. CLASSROOM WEBPAGE:

This webpage will be updated on a weekly basis. Any information that involves your child will be posted here for you to read over. You will also find resources to help your child, extra activities and worksheets for additional practice, and any other updates. 

2. EMAIL/PHONE:

If there is a time when you feel the need to speak with me in person, over the phone, or through email regarding any situation or concern, please feel free to do so through the following options:

I will respond to messages as soon as possible. I am available to reach during the week days only.  I do not typically respond to emails or phone calls during the weekends. Please only contact me during this time if there is a concern that needs immediate attention.

3. CHILD COMMUNICATION FOLDER:

This folder will go home every day with your child. It will contain important papers that need to be read over and returned, work from the current day or graded material, and any flyers from the school to share with the family. This folder will also have a communication paper that displays your child's behavior for the day and a spot for written concerns or questions. It will be returned each school day.
